Meet Bart
About Me
My name is Bart Bossink. I live in the beautiful town of Wassenaar with my partner Tereza. Together, we form a modern family with two wonderful daughters aged 26 and 27, and a bonus son and daughter aged 18 and 20.
I’ve been working at KUBO for nearly three years. I started in 2022 as a Staff Manager, and in September 2023, I transitioned into the role of ESG Manager, a perfect match. ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is a highly relevant and impactful field, and I’m fortunate to integrate these principles into the core of our operations. This role not only brings me great fulfillment but also shows that we can truly make a difference.

Working at an innovative company like KUBO means I’m constantly challenged to come up with creative solutions. Whether it’s developing strategies to reduce our CO2 emissions or implementing social initiatives that benefit both our organization and end users: no two days are ever the same.
What I particularly appreciate is our company’s open culture and short lines of communication. Ideas are welcomed, and promising plans are swiftly put into action. Free time & passions
Of course, there’s more to life than work. In my free time, I’m an avid tennis player. During the fall and winter months, I train every Sunday morning with nine enthusiastic friends under the guidance of a professional coach. In the warmer seasons, I’m often found on outdoor courts and occasionally participate in local tournaments.
I also love being active in nature. Whether it’s riding my mountain bike through the Meijendel dunes, running with our dog, or going for long walks with my partner, I enjoy everything the outdoors has to offer. I always bring my binoculars, as I’m a passionate bird enthusiast with a fair bit of knowledge about bird species.
And finally, I have a deep love for music. I play the piano and keyboard, and recently joined an amateur band as a keyboard player. We rehearse every other week and had our first performance this year, an incredibly fun experience!
