Your job in a nutshell

SDF Horti Software BV is looking for a driven and experienced Helpdesk Coordinator who keeps track of the prioritization of customer tickets and is responsible for making appointments for our team of consultants. In this versatile role, you will provide optimal customer support and be the linchpin in organizing appointments and processes. Do you have an eye for customer satisfaction, process optimization and the efficient use of resources? Then we are looking for you!

What are you going to work on ?

  • Identifying and resolving customer queries: You register complex issues and incidents and work on a suitable solution, together with colleagues;
  • You keep an eye on whether matters are prioritized correctly and are also handled as such by you and your colleagues;
  • Business card of our organization: As the first point of contact, you build strong customer relationships;
  • Planning and coordinating consultants: You ensure efficient planning of customer visits, carefully coordinating customer needs and the availability of the consultants;
  • Proactive switching: You recognize trends, such as repeated questions from a customer, and take action by, for example, scheduling a visit for your colleagues; 
  • Process optimization: You contribute to improvements within the service desk and planning, such as drawing up best practices and workflows.

What do you Bring?

  • Has a proactive attitude and is not afraid to take responsibility;
  • Is strong both independently and in a team;
  • Is able to bring structure and set up processes efficiently;
  • Is customer-oriented and has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing;
  • Has experience in a similar role, preferably within a software environment.
