Your job in a nutshell

As a Corporate Recruiter at KUBO, you play a key role in developing and expanding recruitment within the KUBO Group. You work at group level and are part of a dedicated HR team consisting of two HR Advisors, an HR Director, and an L&D Specialist. You are the go-to person for everything related to recruitment: from strategy and Employer Branding to attracting the right talent. In addition, you also support two other entities within the group.

What are you going to work on ?

As a Corporate Recruiter at KUBO, you have the opportunity to take our recruitment department to the next level. With your experience and professional network, you will further develop the department and attract top talent. Your focus is on stakeholder management and Employer Branding, where you manage the expectations of our managers and attract the best candidates through targeted recruitment campaigns, recruitment marketing, headhunting, and engaging passive candidates. You report to the HR Director and work closely with the HR Advisors and L&D Specialist.

In summary:

  • Together with the sector managers, you define a strategic recruitment marketing approach;
  • You set up powerful online campaigns and put your recruitment efforts into practice;
  • With your recruitment marketing skills, you strengthen our employer brand and expand our reach;
  • You create a content calendar tailored to the target audiences;
  • You design visuals, videos, and posts and publish them on strategically chosen platforms and social media;

  • You know your way around Campus Recruitment to attract and bring in early-career talent;

  • You have weekly sparring sessions with the HR Director to discuss current developments and needs;
  • ATS implementation is familiar territory for you.

What do you Bring?

You are an experienced recruiter who effortlessly engages with various stakeholders within the organization. You are skilled at identifying the needs of managers and translating them into an effective recruitment strategy. You are creative in attracting candidates – from setting up recruitment campaigns to proactively approaching passive job seekers. In addition, you bring structure and strategy to recruitment and play a key role in further professionalizing our department.

  • Higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working;
  • Proven experience with modern recruitment practices and recruitment tools;
  • Experience in setting up and expanding a recruitment department;
  • A hands-on mentality combined with strategic insight;
  • Affinity with recruitment marketing and Employer Branding;
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
