Employer Branding & Recruitment Specialist

As an Employer Branding & Recruitment Specialist at KUBO, you are not only responsible for attracting top talent but also play a strategic role in positioning KUBO as an attractive employer. You’ll put our organization on the map within the technical and innovative sector, and you know exactly how to reach and engage the right target audiences through strategic employer branding and labor market communications.

You’ll be part of a close-knit and professional HR team consisting of two HR Advisors, an L&D Specialist, and the HR Director. Together, you’ll help build a future-proof organization with people at the center. You will operate at group level and also support two other entities within the KUBO Group.

In this role, you’ll combine strategic recruitment with well-thought-out employer branding and a modern social media approach. You know exactly how to strengthen our employer brand, both internally and externally, through effective labor market communication.

In summary:

• Developing a strong employer branding and recruitment communication strategy in collaboration with HR and sector managers, tailored to various target groups;
• Creating creative and data-driven recruitment campaigns via LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels;
• Managing a content calendar that integrates storytelling, job vacancies, and employer branding;
• Producing visual content (images, videos, and posts) to authentically and attractively present our organization;

• Applying social media advertising and running A/B tests to optimize reach and conversion;

• Optimizing our ATS to ensure an efficient and candidate-friendly recruitment process;

• Collaborating with sector managers to determine a strategic recruitment marketing approach;

• Brainstorming weekly with the HR Director to discuss current needs and developments.

You’re an experienced recruiter who easily connects with various stakeholders across the organization. You know how to identify the needs of managers and translate them into an effective recruitment strategy. You're creative in your sourcing approach – from setting up engaging campaigns to proactively approaching passive candidates. You bring structure and strategic thinking to recruitment and play a key role in further professionalizing our team.

• Bachelor’s working and thinking level;
• Proven experience with modern recruitment methods and tools;
• Experience in setting up and growing a recruitment department;
• A hands-on attitude combined with strategic insight;
• Affinity with recruitment marketing and employer branding;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
