Finance Officer

As a Finance Officer, you are at the heart of the KUBO Group’s day-to-day financial administration. You ensure the accurate processing of purchase, sales, and banking transactions, manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, and support the preparation of monthly financial reports.

With your analytical mindset, you contribute to process improvements and digitalization initiatives, making use of smart cloud-based tools and ERP systems. You work closely with colleagues in the Netherlands and internationally, assist with audits and year-end closing activities, and are a true team player who actively contributes ideas for the future development of our financial processes.

You are responsible for the accurate processing and verification of financial data, including invoices and bank transactions. With your analytical mindset, you ensure that our financial administration remains reliable, accurate, and up to date at all times.

In addition, you play an important role in optimizing our financial processes through the implementation of new digital tools. You support monthly reporting and audit activities and collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our international financial flows. You will also have plenty of opportunities to further develop your skills and expertise in this area.

Your responsibilities

What you bring

• A minimum of an MBO Level 4 or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a financial role;
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail;
• Experience with modern financial software and Microsoft 365;
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset;
• A collaborative team player who works effectively with different departments;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
