Graduate internship Customer Support

Are you interested in technology, data and smart solutions? Do you want to do research that really contributes to the future of maintenance in a high-tech environment? Then this internship is for you. You will work on setting up a predictive maintenance plan (Predictive Maintenance Plan), with which we can intelligently monitor and predict future maintenance needs. 

You research and develop a tool with which we can measure and interpret important maintenance variables. You do this step by step, in close cooperation with engineers and technical specialists.

• Researching maintenance advice per component; 
• Inventorying which data and variables are already available; 
• Determining critical maintenance variables, such as operating hours, UV load, switching moments and lifespan; 
• Researching how these variables can best be measured; 
• Designing a dashboard or reporting tool for insight into maintenance data. 

You are analytically strong, have a passion for technology and get energy from structuring complex information. You see it as a challenge to connect technology, data and practice. 

• You are following a HBO or WO education in the direction of Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Maintenance or similar; 
• You are investigative, independent and accurate; 
• You enjoy understanding technical systems; 
• You can translate technical information into clear dashboards or reports; 
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with colleagues from the technical field.
