Are you interested in learning and development within organizations and would you like to develop e-learnings? At KUBO you will get the chance to gain practical experience in the field of Learning & Development. You will think along about the development of training courses and e-learnings, observe learning paths and help us to further professionalize knowledge transfer within the organization. A great opportunity to put your interest in L&D into practice! 

During your internship, you will work closely with colleagues on various L&D projects. You will be given the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and contribute to initiatives that really make an impact.

• Supporting the development of training and e-learning; 
• Participating in onboarding and internal learning paths; 
• Conducting research into learning needs within teams; 
• Analyzing and improving existing learning solutions; 
• Helping organize workshops or knowledge sessions.

You are eager to learn, have good communication skills and enjoy helping others grow. You like structure, work accurately and dare to take initiative. 

• Are following an MBO or HBO education in HRM and L&D; 
• Affinity with learning, development and coaching; 
• Good communication skills, both verbal and Analytical and structured in your approach; 
• Independent, committed and proactive.
