Your job in a nutshell

As an IT Support Specialist, you will become part of a close-knit and collaborative IT team consisting of three other IT colleagues. As KUBO continues to grow, we are looking for a new team member to strengthen our department.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for colleagues who have IT-related questions or incidents. You will also be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing our existing IT systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably across the organization.

What are you going to work on ?

As an IT Support Specialist, you will have a varied role within our international family-owned company. You will support the implementation of systems to meet the organization's information and operational needs, while proactively communicating progress and providing user support throughout the process.

In addition, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining user guides, manuals, and work instructions;
  • Setting up and deploying workstations for new and existing employees;
  • Managing and maintaining system documentation;
  • Registering and tracking hardware, software, and service contracts;
  • Ensuring optimal use of systems and software across the organization;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving basic network, software, hardware, and printing issues.

What do you Bring?

You are a strong communicator who sees solutions rather than problems. You work accurately, identify issues proactively, and enjoy helping others resolve technical challenges.

In addition, you have:

    • A minimum MBO-level diploma in IT Management, IT Support, or a related field;
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
    • Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
    • Experience troubleshooting software and hardware-related issues;
    • Experience resolving basic network and printing problems;
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and Windows 10.
