In this role, you will lead and develop KUBO’s commercial strategy across North America, driving growth through a strong and well-managed sales pipeline. You will build and maintain relationships with growers, consultants, and investors, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor by delivering clear technical insights and ROI-driven solutions.
At the same time, you lead, coach, and grow a regional sales and technical team, ensuring strong performance and collaboration. You work closely with our engineering teams in the Netherlands to align client needs with innovative and technically sound solutions, while staying closely informed about market trends, competitors, and developments within the Controlled Environment Agriculture sector.
You also represent KUBO at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows, strengthening our presence in the market.
You act as the key link between our clients in North America and our engineering teams in the Netherlands, translating market needs into innovative, high-quality greenhouse solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building, developing, and delivering results in a dynamic and growing market.
